Programs and Services

The Pride Center offers programs and services through strategic projects specifically designed to meet your needs. We aim to provide the GLBT community with education concerning their rights and sexual orientation, advocacy, participation in demonstrations, specialized health programs, development of the GLBT community and resource information, such as direct service referrals to GLBT people and their supporters.

Rainbow Room Drop-In Center Check out a book, surf the net, come to an event, or just enjoy a cup of coffee at the Rainbow Room. The Drop-In Center provides a safe place for people to access resources, socialize and meet new people. The Rainbow Room is open Monday-Friday from 10am-5:00pm.

Community Health Initiavtive Pikes Peak Gay & Lesbian Community Center's mission is to achieve civil and social equality for GLBT people, and we recognize equality cannot be achieved without access to quality and affordable healthcare and information. Through the Pride Center's Community Health Initiative, we are committed to addressig unique health concerns affecting LGBT people in Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak region. Currently, the Center's Health Initiatives focus in three major areas. • HIV Prevention, Testing/Education • LGBT Women's Health Program • Tobacco Education
